A guarantee of EUR 300 is requested from the tenant, this in addition to the rent. This guarantee can be used in case of damage. We do our best to return the deposit within 5 days after your stay. As soon we receive your reservation, we will contact you about the deposit payment.
BED & BATH LINEN
Included in the rental price
One linen package for 2 people consists of two large towels, two small towels, one double duvet cover, 2 pillowcases, one double bed sheet and 1 tea towel.
Two linen packages will be provided as a standard inclusion of the rental price.
Extra linen package – suitable – for 2 people is available at EUR 45.
Advance reservation is required.
CLEANING SERVICE
The cleaning service is NOT included in the rental price and is a mandatory service on departure. The amount of EUR 90 for the cleaning will be added to your account.
CHECK IN
The Keys (2 Sets) to the apartment will be available from 3:00 pm on your arrival day.
Keys on departure to return on your departure day before 11:00 noon.
