GUARANTEE
A guarantee of EUR 300 is requested from the tenants, this in addition to the rent. This guarantee can be used in case of damage. We do our best to return the deposit within 5 days after your stay. As soon we receive your reservation, we will contact you about the deposit payment.
BED & BATH LINEN
Not included in the rental price but available in the apartment if required.
One linen package for 2 people consists of two large towels, two small towels, one double duvet cover, 2 pillowcases, one double bed sheet and 1 tea towel. A linen package for 2 people is available at EUR 45. Advance reservation is required. The amount of the desired linen package will be payed together with the deposit.
CLEANING SERVICE
The cleaning service is not included in the rental price and is a mandatory service on departure. The amount of EUR 90 for the cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
CHECK IN
The keys to the apartment are available from 3:00 pm
Keys on departure to return before 11:00 noon
